Late Brunch at the Manhattan Beach Post

Blueberry Skillet Cake with Vanilla Maple Syrup
Truffle Honey Laced  Fried Chicken with Kholrabi Slaw
I'm so glad my friend Trang took me to the Manhattan Beach Post for brunch last weekend. This local eatery hotspot serves up small plates perfect for sharing if you want to try a bit of everything; has a bustling community feel like the Chelsea Market in New York or the Ferry Building Marketplace in San Francisco; has historical roots with 1960s postal office origins; and just great flavors, drinks and culinary dishes that are specially selected and well crafted by Chef David and General Manager Jerry. You won't be disappointed when dining at the Manhattan Beach Post; you get the ocean breeze blowing in, coastal community vibes, and an exciting menu to choose from (with seasonal offerings). Our server was extremely friendly and walked us through the dishes and his faves; some of the popular brunch dishes include: Bacon Cheddar Buttermilk Biscuits, Sticky Buns, Benedict, and Fried Chicken.
