Amanda is a long time friend of mine and I was just tickled pink that she asked me to share some of my Favorite Cookie Recipes with ya’ll! They are so easy and make a great afternoon activity! So, grab your spatula and lets dive into my 5 Easy Cookie Recipes to Do Today!
1. Peanut Butter Cookie
You’ll want a HUGE glass of milk for this one! These peanut butter cookies will become a staple in your cookie repertoire. The creamy peanut butter combined with the sugar topping is the perfect pairing - this cookie literally melts in your mouth. With something so rich it is a must to have something cold to wash it down with. RECIPE HERE.
2. No Fail Chocolate Chip Cookie
A good chocolate chip cookie recipe is the best thing you can have in your arsenal. They are simple, timeless, and everyone loves them! Every cookie is best a couple minutes after they cool and this one is no exception! When you bake these cookies the inside becomes so light and fluffy and the chocolate gets warm and bubbly. With my no fail chocolate chip cookie recipe you can’t go wrong! RECIPE HERE.
3. Double Chocolate Cookie
I don’t know about ya’ll but I have a major chocolate obsession! After dinner it is the one thing that I search high and low for throughout the house! Once you bite into this cookie the inside has the texture of cake, and the melted chocolate chips add a whole other layer of texture. When I remember to make these cookies, they are my go to for that late night chocolate fix! RECIPE HERE.
4. Classic Oatmeal Cookie with Coconut and Chocolate Chips
This divine pairing of coconut and chocolate makes these oatmeal cookies irresistible. You can make the oatmeal cookies without the extra add ins or switch out the coconut and chocolate chips for raisins and nuts, cranberries and white chocolate, carrot cake, or pumpkin; the list goes on and on. But these classic oatmeal cookies with coconut and chocolate chips are my favorite! RECIPE HERE.
5. Raspberry White Chocolate Chip Cookie
This cookie always reminds me of summer. It’s light and fluffy with a punch of tartness. This cookie is not for the faint of heart. It takes a little more of an artistic hand to keep the raspberry jam from not turning your whole cookie the rich, berry color of the fruit, but that is what takes this cookie from a baked good to a piece of art. RECIPE HERE.
I hope at least one of these recipes spoke to you and you whip one up this week! There are so many great cookie recipes that it was a tough choice to narrow down my Top 5. Tag #alltheyesterdays in your baking adventures. I would love to see what ya’ll come up with!
