{Cray Cray at the Crab Cooker}

{A fun evening feasting over seafood @The Crab Cooker/Newport Beach for Kaisa's 24th Birthday}
Kaisa Jenks is turning 24 tomorrow, and she decided to celebrate a couple days early by gathering everyone at the Crab Cooker Restaurant and Fish Market in Newport Beach. Aside from the fact that Kaisa has celebrated 2 previous birthdays here, it was definitely not a surprise that she chose this restaurant since she enjoys anything relating to the ocean and beach. The crab cooker is definitely one of my fave places to eat in OC, not just because of the friendly service, but because the seafood is pretty darn good...and most of all, FRESH! I enjoyed complimentary saltwater taffy, as well as filling out a postcard that will be stamped and mailed out ANYWHERE in the world by the Crab Cooker themselves!
I have to say that the steamed clams I ordered were the BIGGEST I had ever eaten, and I loved the seasoning that was used on the fish. Don't have time to sit down and eat? Grab something at the fish market! Definitely check out the Crab Cooker's history here, it's very fascinating!

p.s.- please excuse the low-lit photos, the restaurant was dimly lit!
