It's amazing how 1 minute everything is totally calm, to everything being in overdrive with a million things to do but not enough time in the day! I've been having to just take a step back (and light a yummy-smelling candle) when there's chaos and take a deep breath, then say out loud 'I CAN DO THIS'. And then, do it! I recently got back into teaching fitness classes, which I only do twice a week (along with teaching 2 kids ballet classes), but since I went from not teaching at all for a couple months to this...my body was a bit out of shape. I'm excited to get back into the swing of things and also paying more attention to my overall body health with what I eat and being fit!
Are there any healthy food dishes you like to whip up? Any fave exercises to do at home? What do you do to center yourself when things get crazy?!
