Odylyne SS15 'The Ceremony': Romantics Collection at LA Fashion Council, Maker City LA

Odylyne presented 'The Ceremony' SS15 Bridal Collection 'The Romantics', a stunning wave of exquisite, draping lace and hand-dyed silk bridal gowns along with enchanting headpieces made by Amaroq. I have such a sweet spot for Odylyne (with quite a few of her dresses and gowns in my wardrobe), created by LA designer Stephanie Lampkin, known for her vintage-inspired styles with a flare of modernity and bohemian chicness. "Her namesake collection, ODYLYNE (founded in 2009), grew out of a vision to offer woman beautiful silhouettes from the past" and infusing modern style. This year, Stephanie launched ODYLYNE: The Ceremony, "a line of gowns and dresses for brides and bridesmaids...and will also offer a beautiful 'honeymoon' resort collection."
' "The Romantics Collection" is heavily inspired by the Romantic Art Movement. Each dress embodies the deep emotion, sensibility and beauty of the life and art from the 1800's. This collection ties in the feelings of the traditional foundations of marriage to the exotic and unfamiliar, while harnessing the power of the imagination to envision and to escape. The bohemian element is ever present in each style with a twist of romance and deep appreciation of all the delicate moments of the ceremony. Working closely with Kate Thompson ofAmaroq, ODYLYNE :The Ceremony is also excited to present a collaboration of goddess like bridal headdresses."
From one piece to the next, I was completely enraptured by the intricate lace designs and feminine silhouettes combined with the unique bridal headdresses by Amaroq
