Yibu Beauty's Enchanted Bloom Kit with Refining Serum, Moisturizer and Bath Bombs
I was gifted this Yibu Beauty Enchanted Bloom set which includes a refining serum, moisturizer and two rejuvenating rose bath bombs. First impressions are I like the frosted and simple bottle packaging of the serum and moisturizer, and the bath bombs are eye-catching with the gold metallic detail and quartz-like design. Most likely for mess-free sake, the bath bombs were shrink-wrapped so it was cumbersome to have to pull apart from the bath bomb and it was single-use plastic which I would take a more powder-y package to have less plastic.
The rose rejuvenating bath bombs look stunning and smell good - just a bit anti-climatic in the bath water. Not like it’s super fizzy or unveils more colors (I am spoiled by the lush bath bombs). I used both at the same time since the bath tub was larger than I’m used to - so any oils may have gotten diluted as I didn’t see much benefit with my skin. The hero ingredient in the bath bombs is the rose essential oil for a gentle, nourishing and relaxing experience. After I cleansed my face, I applied the serum and then the moisturizer (as indicated in the instructions). I really like the texture of both, and how pleasant and refreshing the scent was. Of course I wasn’t going to see immediate results since I was introducing new skincare products into my regime. I started using it twice daily from December through March and Scott earlier this month mentioned how great my skin looked - meaning he thought it looked brighter and radiant. I noticed that through most of winter, my skin looked hydrated and not bone dry like it usually does during these months. And my face’s complexion has had an overall supple and rejuvenated appearance - compared to dry and dull. If you want more value then get the kit, because the serum and moisturizer are $30+ each as it is, and the kit that has both and the 2 bath bombs is currently $52 (a $75 value).
