Korean BBQ at Yori Covent Garden in London, UK

What’s for dinner?! We got to experience a little taste of home with some Korean BBQ action at Yori Covent Garden, which was a nice departure from the usual pub foods 😝
We lucked out since we didn’t have a reservation and got to snag a table. Enjoy a variety of traditional Korean dishes, and you can have the option to do kbbq or have grilled meats served on sizzling iron plates!!

They were unfortunately sold out of some classic Korean beers, but I was able to find a brew to complement my meal. When you order KBBQ for grilling, you receive a very small amount of sides - I recall some beansprouts, seaweed and shredded radish kimchi. If you wanted any other type of kimchi or side dish then it was an additional charge but you receive a good portion.

We viewed the menu after scanning a QR code, and were able to also place our order online. We thought that because we were starving, and it wasn’t AYCE (all you can eat), it would add up to a hefty bill to order enough meat. But we had also ordered the Korean fried chicken plate so that was filling, and having 1 portion of brisket and 1 portion of bulgogi was plenty between Scott and I. Service was good despite the server having to split her time between up and downstairs, she was hustling to make sure anyone who came through the door was greeted and to quickly bus tables. I do highly suggest making a reservation if you’re going to visit during peak dining times.
